We stayed for the first few days of March 2025, and Fer, thank you for everything. The owner was very friendly and attentive to what each guest needed. If you want a warm, affordable place in a central location, Reina Mora is a great choice. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon. 😊

Fernando is a warm and helpful host. The place is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. They serve delicious rotisserie food at affordable prices, and the location is handy, just two blocks from the bus terminal. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely return... ❤️

We stayed in a shared room and felt very comfortable in the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Mercedes was exceptionally kind. The bus terminal is right next door, which is ideal for a short bus trip, and the city center is close for shopping. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless the whole time. Thank you, we’ll be back!

This was my first trip to Merlo, and Mercedes gave me excellent service from my very first contact with her. Everything is conveniently nearby, including the tourist information office, the bus terminal, and downtown Merlo. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. I highly recommend it!
