A beautiful hotel.

The patio has a nice view, and the location is good, close to the center. Staff were respectful and friendly, and breakfast arrived quickly. There’s a tennis court, but you need to request equipment when booking. Electric scooters are available except in rainy weather, and only people over 16 or 18 can use them. In the basement there’s a pool, massage room, sauna, and a jacuzzi in the pool. You need a reservation for the sauna and massage room. The sauna allows children, but only for a specific time. They play relaxing music. There’s a heated indoor pool with a view, though it’s enclosed, as well as an outdoor pool. In our room, the carpet was a bit worn. The bathroom made me uncomfortable: the shower was very exposed behind glass, the door had no way to close, and the lock was broken. Maybe that was the only reason, but I felt uneasy.

The location worked well for us, across from the bus terminal and two blocks from the city center. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the service is very friendly, and the hotel is recommendable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage, a safe, and a refrigerator. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. The building feels a bit dated, and everything, including the hallways, is carpeted. Our stay had some practical snags: the windows barely opened, so air couldn’t circulate, the air conditioning didn’t cool properly, the toilet chain kept sticking, the shower drain didn’t work right, and the bathroom faucets weren’t working well. There’s an outdoor jacuzzi, but it wasn’t working, and the tennis court needs some maintenance. The hotel also has outdoor and heated pools, though it’s a shame they’re only open until 8 pm. We thought sauna access came with the heated pool, but were charged separately at checkout. Breakfast sounded promising but was quite basic, and by the time you get up after 9 am, there’s almost nothing left.
