The heating was hard to regulate in loft 14, and the hot water wasn’t working properly. We tried the air conditioning, but it was really noisy.

I won’t be back. The service felt very poor, and the room they gave me was incredibly dark. I needed the light on at 10:00 AM, and the couple next door had the same issue. The apartment was empty, so it would have made more sense to put us in cabins with a better view and give us a reason to return. Breakfast came to the room, but it was only dry items, with no juice or milk for tea or coffee. On the second day they also forgot the dulce de leche and cream cheese. They missed cleaning on one of the two days I stayed. I asked for a late checkout so I could catch the bus without wandering around with nowhere to go. They only let me stay until 5:00 PM, even though the accommodation was empty. There was very little consideration for how to treat a guest.

The park and pool are lovely, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

The location is convenient, near the center and RP3, with gas stations and a Becerra supermarket nearby. There’s a pool and space to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the service and attention were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.
