The place itself was very nice, but the service left a lot to be desired. We paid $270,000 per night and stayed four days. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, and there were no utensils. They never changed our towels. Breakfast was supposedly included, but we only got it on the first day, one pack of toast and a few packs of jam, and it was never replenished. The trash we left in a bin outside the cabin was finally taken away after three days. The dogs scattered it every night.

The cabins were cozy and the service was excellent. Everything else was perfect, though the Wi-Fi signal was weak.

Guillermo patiently answered all our questions from the start, and the service was attentive. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because it wasn’t open for the season yet, but the place was still worth visiting. There are five separate houses around a large, well-maintained garden, with linens and towels, complete tableware, a grill and accessories, lots of hot water in the shower, and fans in every room. You can reach the town center by internal roads without going out onto the main road. The pool view is spectacular. The only minor issue was the broken wooden slide, which would be a lovely addition for families with children. Definitely a place to return to.

A lovely green complex with a swimming pool, set in a quiet area about 15 blocks from the center. It’s well located and would suit couples or families.
