Hotel Fonte Arcada

The best parts for me were the warm, clean pool and how handy it was to have towels for both the beach and pool, plus somewhere to store beach gear and parking. The elevators worked well, and the hotel is in a great spot, one block from beach access and two from the town center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly. Cleanliness could be better. It wasn't dirty, but after my 10-day stay they hadn't changed the sheets once, and it didn't feel like a thorough cleaning had been done. Some bathrooms also had an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the pipes. It really put me off going in there. All in all, it was a good stay, with some things that need attention.

The breakfast had a good variety, the rooms were comfortable, and the facilities were just right for relaxing. Juan Martín, Graciela, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions or share recommendations. Everything went exactly as arranged, and we'd definitely return. Thanks for making our stay so lovely. Wishing everyone success and a very happy 2026.

The pool setup was great, especially the enclosed roof, which meant we could still use it on cooler, rainy days. There was also a heated pool, sauna, and Scottish shower. The rooms and service were excellent too. Thanks to Juan Martín at reception for the dinner recommendations, you're a star. We'll be back!

The staff are the real highlight here, so kind, polite, friendly, and attentive. I'd choose this hotel whenever I come to Gesell. The breakfast was spectacular, with plenty of tasty choices, and the common spaces are lovely, especially the stone patio. Both heated pools were clean and wonderful. Our room was comfortable, with roomy, very nice beds. The public bathrooms were spotless, and everywhere always smelled lovely. ❤️
