My mom is very picky about food, but she was really happy with the incredibly complete breakfast. We had an amazing time together. The family’s hospitality was outstanding, and they were so attentive to all the little details. The hotel was very well cared for and pleasantly surprised us. Highly recommend!!!

I wouldn’t come back. The dining room staff were very friendly, and I liked the location, park, and facade when I stayed in summer. But the room was a disaster. The bidet was inside the shower, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, one bedside lamp wouldn’t turn off, and the other had a burned-out bulb. The nightstand was broken and wobbled all over. When I reported it, Alejandra said they had little pieces of wood to fix it and hadn’t noticed. She gave me a bulb to change myself or said I could wait for maintenance. I had to wait for someone to come fix the nightstand. They didn’t offer another room or any other solution.

We were very comfortable here. It was quiet, spotless, surrounded by greenery, and very close to the beach, with everything you need to unwind. Alejandra and the rest of the staff gave excellent service, and the atmosphere felt warm and family-like.

The location is unbeatable. Service was very friendly, and housekeeping did a good job. The bathroom is small but clean and works fine. There’s a barbecue area, and they let you keep things in the refrigerator.
