Intersur Villa Gesell

It was satisfactory.

What stood out most was how caring and attentive the staff were. The pool lifeguard was especially responsible and kept a close eye on guests, which made us feel safe and at ease. The waiters were exceptionally warm and helpful, making every moment more pleasant. Everyone, from housekeeping to the people available to guests around the clock, showed real dedication. We had a great experience and would gladly return and recommend the place. Thank you!

The warm-water pool was a nice extra, and the rooms were lovely and very clean. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Breakfast, though, needs a lot of work. They even dictate what you can eat: when we asked to swap the croissants we didn't like for bread, they said no. I've never run into that before 😳. Still, with the beach literally outside, breakfast mattered less.

We only went in because we noticed the restaurant was open to the public, and the food service turned out to be excellent with fair prices. At lunch we had pizza and tortilla, then came back that evening for grilled meat, calamari, and fries. Everything was great. We hope to stay at the hotel sometime and see more of it.
