It looks lovely in the photos, but the view was about the only thing to recommend it. The hotel and rooms were very dirty and run-down. Our first room smelled strongly of damp and had a toilet that didn’t work, though luckily they moved us to a better one. We stayed three nights, and no one came to clean or change the towels. They didn’t even provide toilet paper.

The staff were the only good part of our eight-night stay, and they were sweet and attentive throughout. Everything else was disappointing. The place was neglected, dirty, and full of cobwebs. We rented a deluxe room, but it was unbearably hot at night, with no air conditioning or fan. Two of the offered grills were broken and badly maintained, like the rest of the property. Breakfast was poor, with no fruit at all and stale, low quality cake and cookies. The entrance had very little signage, and the road was in very bad shape. My girlfriend asked the manager to turn on the lights by the grills; he did it very reluctantly. We also saw the truck he drove away in, which made him look like the owner. I mention that because I felt ripped off. It was an unforgettable, terrible experience, and you can’t even tell whether this place is operating as a hotel or a hostel. I hope people keep complaining until something is done. I wouldn’t return, and I feel responsible for sharing this so others don’t go through the same thing.

Luciana was always attentive to what we needed, and her service was more than satisfactory. We had a wonderful time in the glamping pyramid, with spectacular views. The company could make some investments to improve certain things, and that would greatly improve the stay.

I booked a Deluxe Suite for three nights, but they called me just hours before the New Year’s Eve toast on December 31 to say I could only stay two nights. When we arrived, they gave us a Junior Suite instead, with a completely different bathroom. There was only one towel for two people, and when we asked for bath towels, they said they had none. They charged me the Deluxe Suite price and said they would see how to resolve my complaint, but never offered any solution. The staff aren’t to blame for the bad experience. The owners cheat guests by selling an experience in a run-down, uncomfortable place that only has a view. I paid for an experience that wasn’t real. P.S. There is no pool, just a dirty jacuzzi in the patio.
