Patagonia Paraíso - Hotel Boutique on Lake beach

The lake, sauna, and pool made it easy to spend our days unwinding, and the new bathrooms were lovely for a hot bath before bed. Our rooms were roomy and comfortable, with mountain air coming through the windows and wonderfully quiet nights. We originally planned a shorter visit, but canceled two other bookings and stayed the full 14 days because Auria just felt right. There was fresh-baked bread and a delicious buffet in the mornings, plus grilled trout salads and tea or meals available through the day. The natural and luxury facilities are all brand new. Everywhere you look, there’s care in the details, from the natural materials and warm design to the craftsmanship. The owners are kind and set a thoughtful tone, and the staff bring the same spirit with generosity, diligence, and genuine warmth. Auria has become our go-to lodge in the area. It would suit an executive retreat, a family stay, or simply a restorative break. We’re already planning to come back.
