Cabañas Costa Bonita

In February, I stayed in the beautiful cabaña Mosqueta, with a spectacular view. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind. The location is privileged, and the way down to the lake is a dream. I recommend Andrea and her massages, which leave you feeling renewed for a unique vacation. Massages are available at the cabins Costa Bonita. I recommend it all! I’d come back in winter without a doubt.

The spot is beautiful, right on a short river connecting two lakes, with a pleasant temperature for swimming and direct access from the cabin. Still, the cabins need maintenance. My foot sank into the high, dangerous deck, though someone came to fix it that same day. We were with our 18-month-old baby and had arranged a crib, but there was no mattress. The owner said she used it that way, so we had to make a bed on the floor for the baby, which was uncomfortable and dangerous. Everything creaks, so the cabins are extremely noisy and you can hear sounds from everywhere. The living room sofas are very uncomfortable; the large double bed had worn-out mattresses, and the beds were small with uncomfortable pillows. The breakfast was very meager, with too little jam for everyone and a pastry-style dulce de leche we didn’t like. One day we had to ask for more coffee because there wasn’t enough for the four of us. The children’s play structures were poorly maintained and dangerous. We were told cleaning and fresh towels were provided only every three days, which meant it happened just once during the week. It’s a beautiful place, but I think there are other cabins that may be more modern and attractive with access to the same river.

The hosts were the best part, friendly and helpful, and delivery was super fast. The cabin-style place is very well equipped, with excellent views and an unbeatable location. It’s ideal for a relaxing trip as a couple or family, and groups of 4-5 people are just right. We’ll definitely be back.

A disaster! Don’t take cabin LA ARAUCARIA, it’s a shack. The bathroom was dirty and broken, and they rented it to us for 6 people even though it only fits 4. They deleted our messages, gave us no reservation voucher, and there are no lockers. The grill is disgusting.
