Gasthaus Weißes Rößl is right in the center of Abtenau, making it a handy base for hikes in the Lammertal and skiing at nearby Karkogel. Our room was cozy and clean, with a great view of the Tennengebirge mountains. After a day out, the restaurant's comforting Austrian food was just right. A lovely traditional guesthouse for an Alpine stay.

The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and there's a room for ski gear. Breakfast had a big selection and everything was delicious. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. It's right in the center of a picturesque town, and the traditional decor is full of interesting, imaginative details.

The porch has an amazing view, and the little town is lovely. The staff were really nice, the room and bathroom were clean, and the rooms are big with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!
