We've just had our second fall vacation at this hotel. There's so much to do in the area, and the facilities are great. The staff have all been so friendly and helpful, and the horses are very sweet. We rented bikes too. As a single mom, I especially value the family hotel and kids club. My daughter loved the club even though she spoke neither German nor English, so I could do something for myself without feeling guilty. We'll definitely be back.

The skilift is right across the road, and there's ski rental connected to the hotel. Parking is next to the hotel. Seealm is across the road, reached through an underground connecting walkway. Great place and friendly staff.

We couldn't make our hotel reservation because of the war in our country. The hotel wouldn't refund the payment, and when we asked to move the booking to next year, they refused to change the dates. We've never had such unkind, unempathetic treatment from a hotel. We'll never return and will strongly advise others to stay away.

Every part of our stay was lovely, from the great food to bike rentals, horse riding, the playground, table tennis, and tinkering at the kids club. We also enjoyed pub quiz and bingo evenings, and Billard. The service was outstanding throughout. At the bar, restaurants, kids club, reception, room service, and shop, everyone made us feel warmly welcomed and went the extra mile to make our stay unique and perfect. Thank you so much. 100% recommended.

The meals were better than we expected with our all-inclusive package. Adults get a 5-course dinner, while the kids have a good-sized buffet, and drinks and snacks are included too. Our son especially enjoyed the soccer camp, and there are lots of activities for children, an outdoor playground with wonderful views and a soccer field, plus an indoor play area that's more than sufficient. The hotel was very clean inside and out, and the staff were friendly. We'll definitely come back.
