We spent a week here and really enjoyed the stay. The lounge was a lovely place to unwind, with coffee and tea available all day and a great mountain view. Our room was cozy, everything was spotless, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh salads, well-prepared hot dishes, and delicious bread from a local bakery. We’ll miss it, and we’d happily return.

Breakfast was so good, and the staff were lovely. It’s a beautiful, traditional family-run hotel with great facilities. We had a lovely stay and I’d definitely come back. It works especially well as a road trip stop, though you’ll need a car or taxi to get to most places. The nearest restaurant is about a five-minute drive away. Thanks!

We had to cancel our July stay because, after losing a significant amount of money in a serious scam connected to a data breach, we couldn’t afford to pay for the same booking a second time. We had reserved through Booking.com. The breach may have happened through Booking.com, but the hotel knew about it and had our booking and contact details. They never contacted or warned us. A simple message might have helped prevent or limit what happened. When I got in touch to explain and ask for help, the hotel showed no real concern or empathy and offered no meaningful support. That response, along with the lack of warning, left us with a very poor impression. I can’t recommend staying here based on this experience.

We stayed three nights with family. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit outside Salzburg, but the bus stop is a seven-minute walk away. Buses run every 15-20 minutes, the trip is about 30 minutes door to door, and tickets are included. Parking in the city isn’t ideal anyway.
