We were very comfortable in the upper apartment, which was clean, well equipped, and tastefully furnished without being overdone. The bathroom was in perfect condition and everything worked. From the sheltered balcony there’s a lovely open view across the valley, and the house is quiet on the slope at mid elevation. Mrs. Simma told us in advance about construction next door. There was little noise, and we were out hiking during the day anyway. Mr. and Mrs. Simma were friendly and helpful without intruding. The whole process was easy, and we got useful tips and the Bregenzerwald Card. We rented the apartment in Haus Simma for the Corpus Christi long weekend through Sunday in 2025. Many thanks and kind regards, C. Schöneweiß-Akin.
