We got a room at the last minute for one night during congress season, and they made it work so quickly. They were welcoming and let us get ready in the foyer while our room was prepared for check-in. The woman from Steiermark who was working during our visit was super lovely and made everything feel easy. Breakfast was good too, with fresh eggs made to order. Danke! We’ll be back 🤍

The rooms are large and very clean, and breakfast was superb. Just be aware there’s no air conditioning or fan. The family owners, Roman and Andrea, welcomed us personally, along with their young son and huge dog. They know the area well and gave us really good lunch and dinner suggestions. They’ll call a taxi if needed, or Roman can take you somewhere nearby in his official golf cart. Great location, lovely staff, and a very pleasant stay. Many thanks.

The room was very clean, but this accommodation felt far too expensive for what it offers, and it’s a long way from Vienna’s center. Getting to Stephanplatz took a lot of time. There was no fridge, balcony, or AC in my room. Breakfast was very poor, with the same dishes every day. They gave special cakes only to some favored clients, which felt unfair when everyone pays the same price. This isn’t a 4-star hotel.

The family who runs this hotel are outgoing, friendly, and wonderful with kids. You can tell they really love what they do. We loved our stay and the location, and we plan to come back.
