Europäischer Hof Aktivhotel & Spa

After skiing, we’d head to the spa, where our friend Joseph treated us to a wonderful sauna session. We came away feeling completely refreshed. I was here with family, and we really enjoyed sharing breakfast and dinner together. Had a very good time, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The mountain view from our room was lovely, and the wellness and spa were great. It was my first trip to Austria, and the hotel's hospitality and food made the experience feel perfect. Everyone was so friendly.

The pool was really clean and fun to use, and the staff member Joseph was amazing. I stayed here for two weeks with my friend. It’s a great hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The sauna and breakfasts were very good, and the waiters were lovely. The rooms are practical, although a bit dated for a four-star-plus hotel. Still, we were very disappointed by the service and security. My ski boots disappeared from the ski room on the first day, and there are no cameras there. Staff weren’t helpful and even prevented us from speaking with the hotel manager about it. We were told every day that the manager would contact us, but they still haven’t. The hotel also says it isn’t insured for damage caused to guests. We were unhappy with the way we were treated and how the hotel is managed. If something goes wrong, they seem to avoid taking responsibility and speaking with you.
