The room had been updated recently and was comfortable, with plenty of space and enough storage. The owner and family were very friendly. The restaurant was excellent, with beautifully presented dishes at a fine dining level, and very nice wines at reasonable prices. We tried 6 different Austrian bottles during our stay, and breakfast was good too. I don't know a better winter vacation hotel in this price category, and I'll definitely return.

Stephan made our stay even better by chatting and spending time with us like we were family. Every meal had a lovely personal touch, and both dinner and breakfast were the BEST every day. Our food was 5star. The whole stay was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!!

We were very, very pleased with the client service. We had half pension and, although vegan food wasn't offered on the website, they agreed when we asked. Every evening brought a different special vegan menu with an appetizer, main course, and even dessert, and it was always delicious. They also specially bought soy yoghurt and soy milk for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and the room was very nice and comfortable. I'd recommend this place over and over again for the great food and service.

The waitress was polite and very careful with us, and the service was very good. The cheesecake was the best I've eaten in Austria so far. I totally recommend the place, and I'll bring my parents when they visit us in Austria.

We stayed here last winter while skiing in Warth. Amazing place, great food, and great service.
