The iron left my clothes burned, and the apartment I requested with a mountain view had no mountain view at all. The place was very dirty, with hair everywhere and a terrible smell. It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if cleanliness matters to you.

Amazing views from this clean, pleasant place, and the price was affordable too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. The building itself feels frozen in time, though. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but the shared areas feel lifeless. There's a lovely pool and terrace, but the pool was empty; the bar and restaurant were closed too. The closest restaurant is 2 km away.

The view is nice, but shops are hard to find open after 7 AM. We spent an hour trying to locate a grocery store just to buy water. As for the apartment, it was filthy and needs a full disinfection. There was straw, toys, newspapers, and junk everywhere, and I even found a sack of Al-Shaalan rice in a drawer. The bathroom was unclean and the toilet dirty. Bring your own slippers, tissues, and water. There was no cleanliness either, so take sanitizer. Would I recommend this place? No.
