We stayed as a family with a child in Vienna’s 10th district, Favoriten, in the Turkish district. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable, with good heating and a very good bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very nice, especially suitable for Turkish guests. I’d only wish for more hot breakfast dishes. The metro made it easy to reach the city center, and the historical sites were accessible with one or two connections.

I only stayed one night and arrived at midnight, when the night receptionist greeted me with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. He handled everything efficiently, with the courtesy and respect you might expect at a five-star hotel. The staff really surprised me, especially for this price. The rooms are rustic and clearly haven’t been renovated recently, but everything was very clean. The lobby and breakfast room seemed to have been updated recently. Breakfast was basic but good, and the dedicated women in the breakfast room kept supplies coming and cleared tables constantly so everyone could find a clean place. It’s within walking distance of the main train station, handy for the airport or trains, and near the metro for exploring the city. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good heating. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and I have only good things to say about our stay at hotel Caroline. Breakfast was fairly basic but definitely decent. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Hotel Caroline was a wonderful place to stay in Vienna, and I’d gladly return. It’s close to both tram and metro stations, so getting around the city was easy. Staff were consistently kind, polite, and willing to help, which made the visit even nicer. Breakfast had good variety and quality. I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station, with trams and the metro close by. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was cleaned every day. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had savory and sweet items, fruit, vegetables, coffee, juice, tea, and more. We enjoyed our stay.
