The staff were friendly and professional, and made the stay a pleasure. Huge thanks to everyone at the hostel for helping us and communicating so much better than Booking.com, which didn't respond at all. Jason deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond. Much appreciated.

The room was basic, but there were decent facilities downstairs. The receptionist was really friendly, and the location was great for the price.

If you're planning a trip to Vienna, I'd recommend booking here as a safe option. The management are understanding, and they really do care about hospitality. Proper lads.

A lovely, safe place to meet other travellers, and a good choice if you just need somewhere to sleep, shower, and make new friends on your trip. The location is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of shopping complexes, hotels, and restaurants, with public transport close by. The hosts are kind, approachable, and hospitable. They're always smiling, and speak English fluently as well as German. The accommodation covers the basics, with bed linen, comfortable mattresses, and a quiet setting.

My dad couldn't make his reservation because of some issues, and the management handled his situation with real care and professionalism. Five stars. I'd recommend them based on their hospitality alone.
