The room photos don't show how spacious it actually is. It was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Staff were so helpful and let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The location worked really well, near the Christmas Markets, good restaurants, and the underground. I'd highly recommend it and book again on another visit.

The rooms, breakfast, and location were all ten out of ten. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and friendly, and made us feel looked after and welcome. An amazing experience. I'd give them ten stars, not five 🤩

There's a classic hotel feel here, with a proper concierge and large beds even in the smaller rooms. The location is great, near town, with access to U2 via "Rathaus" and lots of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The family running the hotel were attentive and friendly, and we were very happy with our room, especially the lovely large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, with delightful fresh buns and bread. The staff worked hard to top things up right away and clear tables quickly. We stayed in June and they made it memorable.

The room was quiet, and the bed and pillow suited me exactly. Our AC in R313 worked fine and didn't blow directly at us, though other guests had trouble with theirs. There were plenty of breakfast choices, but unfortunately no gluten-free options. The hotel is close to the Ring St, major sights, the subway, a supermarket, and cafes-restaurants.
