Leprich Pension

The hosts were extremely helpful and nice, and we loved their hospitality. The breakfast room was warm and cosy, and the place has a beautiful view in bad gosiern. I'm taking off a star because the walls are thin.

We returned for our second stay, having first visited in 2019 and hoping for the same experience. Much of it was familiar: fresh air, a comfortable mattress, decent breakfast, and a beautiful spot with easy access to lovely lakes. The cleanliness had slipped since 2019. There were spiders in the room and hair in the bathroom, and our room wasn't cleaned once during our four nights. I wasn't expecting four-star hotel service, but vacuuming every couple of days seems like a basic minimum. The pillows were awful, and the towels got smelly quickly because there was nowhere to dry them properly. The balcony chairs were also very uncomfortable. Our room faced the street, with quite a lot of traffic at most hours, day and night, so it was hard to rest. For this budget it's still a good option, though it really needs a few small improvements, especially with cleaning.

The staff were so thoughtful and kind. They noticed me say I'd have eggs later and brought some to my table. There was as much hospitality as you could fit into a 2-star pension. The rooms were decently clean and equipped, with lovely views, and the prices were reasonable. I'm grateful and hope I can come back.

We mostly enjoyed our stay, though breakfast felt a little limited to me. There are no elevators, and while there's no AC, fans are provided.
