We spent nine nights here and would happily return. The guesthouse is spotless inside and out, including the courtyard, and the owner is focused on guests' comfort. Whenever he saw us, he checked whether everything was all right or if we needed anything else. The area also felt safe. Bad Kleinkirchheim is well placed for forest hikes and for driving to other nature spots, including Gerlitzen, Turracher Hohe, and Malta. There are mountain trails, gondolas, huts where you can eat, and different attractions. The landscape is lovely too. We were very pleased with the location, the cleanliness, and the owner's care.

Our other apartment was cancelled, so we booked with Christian and his wife at the last minute. We were lucky to find it. The apartment was spacious and really clean, with a lovely view and a stream softly running in the background. Chris helped us with several things during the week, and the service was a full 10. Five stars are well deserved.

We've been staying with the Habich family in BKK for more than 10 years. Mr. and Mrs. Christian and his wife, Sjoban, are consistently kind, welcoming, and ready to help with guests' needs. The apartments are roomy, clean, and well equipped, with a gorgeous view of the ski slopes and a peaceful setting. They're close to the slopes, making them a good choice in both summer and winter. Highly recommended.

We only spent three days in this apartment building two years ago, which was too short. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed, and there's lots to do around the area. The landlord is extremely friendly, capable, and accommodating, with great tips and suggestions. When we hadn't come back from a hike, he even called to make sure all was well. It left such a strong impression that I wanted to post this review here as well as on Booking.com.
