Haus Kremser

Everything is close, from the ski slopes and thermal baths to the shops. The apartment was very nice, and the landlady was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our first family holiday with our Bernese Mountain Dog was wonderful. The place was clean and had everything we needed, and the pool was clean and warm even in September. My only complaint is that we booked just four nights! I’d give the accommodation and the hostess’s friendliness six stars. Thanks so much for the lovely stay and the nice chats in the garden. We’d love to come back. I hope our dog didn’t leave too much fur behind! Greetings from Germany.

We booked the cheapest apartment, on the upper floor of the Kremser house, in September 2022. I’m giving it three stars: one as the minimum, one for a really good location, and one for the cleanliness, enough towels and bed linen, easy booking, very quiet nights and delicious cake. There were also several things that kept me from giving more. The hostess was apparently away and unreachable during our stay. Two lamps had no bulbs, and another had a broken one. Basic supplies weren’t provided. When we asked at the end, we were told guests had to bring their own garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and cling film. Now I’m stuck with unsuitable garbage bags and Austrian dish soap at home. The kitchen was poorly equipped, as if leftover items had just been thrown in. It was missing lots of everyday things, including a teapot, regular toaster (there was a sandwich maker), scissors, cooking spoon, oven mitts and pot lids. It’s a shame to see an apartment with so much potential managed this way, especially when the missing utensils cost only a few euros.

A beautiful apartment and a very friendly, welcoming hostess. Definitely five stars!
