We had a great time at Tischnerhof in July 2022. The owners were the best part, so welcoming and kind. When we ran into trouble with our rental car, they were really helpful and did a lot for us. The rooms were comfortable, the shower was great, and the windows looked out onto a breathtaking view. There are plenty of beautiful hiking spots nearby. Highly recommended!

My family has welcomed guests for over twenty years. Josep and Lolita are wonderful hosts, and the apartment has every comfort, with a panoramic, breathtaking view. It works well for families and pets. This year, they gave us an award for 20 years as guests at Karinten, with 100 guests. Thank you to Austria and the Kren family. One downside in general: prices in Austria are now comparable to Italy. Gasoline and supermarket shopping aren’t as affordable as they used to be.

The owners were very kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. Getting up there can be very difficult when there’s lots of snow and ice. One evening, we couldn’t make it up because of the conditions, so the manager came to collect us from the valley. It was an excellent experience.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the place is peaceful with a great view. Dogs are welcome, and the village is only a few minutes away.
