I loved the spacious spa and the treatments, and the food was another real plus. They even had lactose-free butter at breakfast and special desserts for people with intolerances. The rooms are thoughtfully eco-friendly too, with refillable bathroom products and no plastic bottles around the hotel. Everyone was professional, clean, and friendly, always smiling. I had a lovely stay and plan to return. One thing I wish I'd known: when you buy a special package, keep track of what it includes. After paying, I realized I hadn't received all of mine, including the complimentary massage. I didn't expect the receptionist to tell me it was my fault, especially at a four-star hotel and after I'd mentioned coming back. I work in communications and have for 20 years, and those last interactions matter. Next time, I'd hope for a different choice of words or some solution. For now, I'll skip the extra packages.

The food and wine were fine, and there are plenty of options for biking or hiking. A small drawback: there’s no air conditioning. A peaceful place to reset and unwind, with no minors.

My room felt both comfortable and luxurious, with thoughtful details throughout. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. They kept making sure I had what I needed, and handled any problems quickly. I felt well looked after the whole time. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d happily return for another getaway.

We loved it, and the pool and saunas were the best. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and spoke German, English, and Czech. Food and drinks were insane, really delicious, fresh, and healthy. You could have as much as you wanted whenever you wanted, including beer, Red Bull, good wines, and other things. It was the best three days we've had at a hotel with all-inclusive service. If you want somewhere cozy to chill where people really look after you, go for it. We're looking forward to visiting next year. Thanks!
