Dear Momo and Rainer, I almost want to keep this place to myself because I enjoyed my stay so much. Everything felt perfect. The apartment is a good size and charmingly furnished, and the location works wonderfully for hiking. It’s also close to the Grimming Therme, and you’re wonderful hosts. The owner was so kind and even drove me to the train station. I don't speak German, but we managed to communicate in English. Casa Emmi felt like home, and I'd happily stay there again. It's peaceful, clean, welcoming, and well located, with stunning views. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, and the thoughtful details made it especially comfortable. A perfect 10!

The stream beside the house, with its relaxing bench, the lovely garden, peaceful surroundings, and open mountain views were highlights for me. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, and the ski resort is excellent too. I've stayed in both apartments in summer and winter. Each has a nicely updated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. I find the upper apartment cozier, while the lower one has a little bunk-bed room that's handy for families. The grounds are lovely, and you can pick a spot to suit yourself. They also accommodate special requests. The value for money is excellent. It's a fantastic location if you have a car. Coming by train is less convenient: there's only one ski bus in the morning, and if you miss it or get up later, it's about a 15-minute walk to the center of Bad Mitterndorf. Doing that in ski boots and carrying skis would be tiring. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could need.
