The restaurant’s local dishes were really good, and breakfast had fresh rolls with enough choice. We stopped here on the way to a weekend in Bratislava using a voucher we still had. Our renovated room was a good size, spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming.

The room was clean, and I liked its traditional Austrian decor, though some people might find the style dated. I was only there overnight, so I can’t really judge the location. Reception was slow to respond, but once we connected, the receptionist and other staff were helpful and friendly.

Such a peaceful, comfortable country lodge, with a touch of luxury and a warm, familiar welcome. The local food was delicious. It was so relaxing that even the hot-water spa bath in town could top it.

A lovely spot for lunch. The food was great and the host was friendly.

The restaurant serves good food and it’s a nice place, though it felt a little dark inside.
