The staff even called when we lost track of time, so we wouldn't miss dinner. Everyone was amazing, and the food at dinner and breakfast was great. Drinks and whiskeys were a real highlight, with bars both in the spa area and in the lobby. The spa itself has huge heated indoor and outdoor pools, and there's even electric vehicle charging. They offer the full four-star wellness hotel experience, right down to welcome drinks. This gem is about an hour from Vienna. We've stayed at plenty of hotels, and this is one of the best so far. I really recommend it.

The place, food, and pool were nice, but one dinner turned into a really upsetting experience. A staff member with a very “primal” look and manner, more like a bouncer, came up behind us as we entered the dining room. He wasn't at the entrance welcoming guests. He startled us and kept repeating “Name? Name? Name?” almost shouting. After we answered, he just stared silently, seeming to process it, then led us to a table where a much nicer colleague took over. The rude guy had a Hungarian name I can't remember, and so did the nice colleague, just to be clear. The rude one's face really had that Neolite expression. He upset me and ruined dinner because he wasn't doing his job properly, or maybe he was in an alcoholic state. So sad.

We only spent a day and night there, but it was just right for unwinding. The wellness area is large, the rooms are nice, the food is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The garden was beautiful and peaceful, and the people were friendly. The food was good too. Best of all was the “Kräuter Sauna.” A really nice experience :)
