We spent three nights there with our two young children, aged 2 and 5, and it was great for all of us. The kids especially loved the playroom. The staff were extremely nice.

We stopped here on the way home and wished we could have stayed longer, since there's plenty to do nearby. It's a lovely hotel with its own feel, a really good breakfast, and such friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, but what really stood out was the service. Thereza did everything she could to help and support us, always with a smile that showed how glad she was to be there for others. Thereza, thank you so much. You're the best receptionist we've ever met. Keep up the good work. Her help made our stay enjoyable, and that's why I gave the hotel five stars without hesitation.

It's a very clean, traditional guesthouse-style hotel. It's quite far from the city, but there's a dedicated bus stop right by the door, and line 130 takes about 30 minutes to reach the city centre. The rooms are clean and nice, breakfast is good, and the service was the most heartwarming we could have hoped for. A solid four-star experience, and I'd recommend it.

We've had few hotel experiences with customer service this good. We were going to arrive late and wanted to let reception know. Even with a language barrier, the lady was very thoughtful and patiently explained where to go and how to get our keys after the desk closed. She even left a note in the hotel that made things much easier for us. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there, but we'd heard only good things about it.
