The childcare was a real highlight for us. Children up to age three can stay from 9am to 5pm, and they take care of everything, including food. They did a wonderful job with our nine-month-old, whom we usually left from 9am until 2pm while we went skiing. We could ask for baby food any time of day, with vegetable broth or fruit available. Our Kaiser Luxes room was large, clean, and had enough accessories for children and babies. The bathroom was quite big too. Service throughout the hotel was great, and things seemed to run very smoothly. There’s a large heated pool with plenty of seats, though around 5pm it got busy enough that sometimes every seat was taken. Before noon it was nearly empty. There’s also a separate bath for children and babies. The wellness area is spacious and beautiful, with lots of options, including three saunas and two steam baths. The food was great. Some days there was a menu with three choices, other days a full buffet. There was always a separate buffet for children, which could also serve as a backup if we didn’t like the main buffet. The hotel is beautiful and located near the posted.

The scenery is fantastic, and there’s plenty to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay, with helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good food, and a swimming pool with swim school. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor playgrounds, making it a good package for a family holiday.

It’s a scenic spot and a very good hotel for spending time with kids. Our room was nice, but the mattress felt quite old and literally gave us back pain. The stay was all inclusive, though there wasn’t much choice for vegetarians.

We only came in to eat and didn’t stay there. The service was fine, but the food was mediocre and the portions small. That might have been okay if the food had been good. The building and restaurant felt old-fashioned and lacked style. If food matters to you, I wouldn’t come here for it.

The staff were all very friendly, and the food was very good, maybe too good 😉. It’s an excellent hotel for families, with a great range of activities for children in both German and English.
