Free parking right outside was the only plus for us. At first the place seemed clean, but a closer look showed otherwise. There was a bad smell throughout our stay, lots of dust, and plenty of little gnats. We had to rinse the dishes before every use because they seemed dirty, too. The fabric covering the bed was peeling. It felt like the place was only there to make money, nothing more. I added four photos showing the dust, peeling bed, disgusting toilet paper holder, and dirty windows.

We had a very pleasant stay in a spacious, clean apartment with two balconies. The owners were kind and great. The sauna area could be improved, as it’s too basic.

The location is perfect, especially when driving from Germany, and there are lots of options for recreation and entertainment. But our stay had several problems. We were put in a different apartment without any notice beforehand. The “Kohlberg” apartment had no curtains or only very thin ones, so the rooms were bright late in the evening and very early in the morning. The heating didn’t work, and it was cold at night. We moved into the room we had booked the next day. In that apartment, water dripped under the bathroom sink and made noise at night. Neither apartment had a dishwasher. Thick curtains or outside blinds were missing, too. The room photos had been retouched and looked different from what we saw in reality. The hosts weren’t good at communicating by email or phone.
