This is a spacious, recently renovated home, very well kept and equipped, including a washer and dryer. It feels almost new and has a lovely view. We could arrange the sleeping and bathroom setup so each of our two couples had privacy. The place sits uphill beside a farm field, with an alpine chalet feel. Finding it took a little effort: take the uphill driveway just past and to the right of the classically built wooden home with street number 20. The garage is on the left. Recommended.

The house is perfectly placed between the mountain, lake, and city. We had a wonderful time hiking on the Pfänder, cycling around Lake Constance, and enjoying the culture in Bregenz. My kids and I will definitely make the trip back. Thank you so much.

The owner was very nice, and the house had a great view. We were impressed by how clean it was, especially the bathrooms, which looked unused. We only stayed one night, which was a shame, but I think we'll come back!

The hosts were extremely friendly, and we'd love to return. The villa is a dream, with a lake view, lovely furnishings, and spotless rooms. There's a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, plus several balconies and a terrace. It feels like a fairy tale. Why only five stars? We loved the conservatory and terraces, with their breathtaking views over Bregenz and Lake Constance. It was fantastic to enjoy that view right from where we were staying. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully detailed. Everything was spotless, the amenities covered everything we needed, and the comfortable beds made for wonderful sleep. We also had access to a newly landscaped, modern garden. Bregenz, Lake Constance, and the Pfänderbahn cable car are all an easy walk along a pleasant path. The owners are so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Thanks for a relaxing stay. We'd love to come again! Best regards, Nina and Klaus :-)
