I arrived alone at night and found the hotel very easily, thanks to its good location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was very good, and breakfast had lots of delicious options. The hotel is excellent, and I’ll definitely be back.

The air conditioning didn't work, and on a warm summer day we couldn't open the windows. In the evening, we were moved to a small room where the windows did open. They said we'd be compensated for the problems and the downgrade, but then nothing could be done. The service was very poor.

Being close to the lake and public transport made getting around easy, and the city center and Bregenz Festival area were within walking distance. There was also plenty of parking. Inside, the rooms were clean, practical, and well kept, and breakfast had a decent range of choices. The staff were helpful and welcoming. JUFA Hotel Bregenz is comfortable and good value, whether you're here briefly or for a longer stay, with family, alone, or on business.

The people at the hotel made the stay feel personal. At breakfast, for example, they asked how my morning was instead of just asking for my room number. The rooms were clean and refreshed each day, and breakfast had sweet and sour options, plenty of pastries, and different kinds of milk. The hotel itself and the rooms looked even better in person, which doesn't happen often. The bar cocktails were cheaper and tastier than at nearby bars. I think my pick was the Limoncello Spritz, if I remember right. I was in Bregenz for work and had a great stay. Keep it up!

The breakfast was great, especially when the warm croissants came out. The rooms are simple but sweet. There's no pool, and it's best to book parking ahead.
