Gunter is a wonderful host, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for many years. We spent two weeks here in fall 2023 and plan to return for more than three weeks next time. The apartment was large, clean, and really nice, with a washer and dryer that came in handy for a longer stay. It’s also close to the train, a supermarket, and several hiking trails.

We stayed in the Hahnenkamm penthouse and loved the views in every direction. There was plenty of space, the quality was high, the people were very nice, and the location was good. A fantastic place for a holiday, and one we’d come back to. Keep it up, Günter and everyone!

The train stop is right beside the building, and getting to the ski slopes is convenient. It was quiet, with clean, modern, comfortable rooms and beautiful views. Highly recommended.

Günter deserves a special five stars. This was a lovely, home-like apart-hotel in a beautiful and peaceful area, great for a family holiday. A huge terrace wraps around the apartment, with mountain views and a lovely spot to watch the sunrise over coffee. The rooms had everything we needed. There’s a parking space, ski and equipment storage, and a boot dryer. Shops and other facilities are within five minutes, and the station is right next door, so Kitzbühel is only a 10-minute train ride away.

We had a wonderful seven-night stay last week. The apartments are modern, clean, and nice, and the owners are friendly and helpful. If we’re back in Brixen, this will definitely be our place. Thank you!
