It’s in a quiet area just outside Steyr, with a self-service gas station and supermarket nearby. You can usually find a parking spot right outside the hotel. The staff are kind and attentive, and the Wi-Fi is okay, though I suspect streaming services might struggle. The room TV doesn’t have smart features like YouTube or Netflix.

I’m here in summer for business, and I’ve enjoyed spending evenings outside on the terrace with good beer, food and service. The staff are pleasant, the rooms are nice, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Breakfast could use a bit more attention, so that’s why I’d give it four stars. The bread rolls were the freshest I’ve had at a hotel, though. A lovely place, and I’m looking forward to staying again.

We stopped in for cake and coffee after a funeral, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The cakes were delicious, freshly homemade, and they did everything they could to meet our wishes.

There’s a playground both inside and outside for the kids, plus free parking and a charger for electric cars. The staff are nice, and breakfast has really good bread. All in all, very good.
