Landhotel Berger

We were exhausted when we checked in, and the hotel immediately felt like home. Everyone was amazing, and we slept so well. The food was excellent, and we recommend the half board. There are indoor and outdoor playrooms, plus plenty of farm animals to keep the little humans entertained.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We were going to arrive late, so we called ahead to order dinner because we wouldn't have time to stop and pick it up on the way. They took our order and had it ready when we arrived. When booking, I emailed our room configuration, and they helped arrange things the way we wanted. They'd also reserved breakfast tables for each guest, with enough seats for our whole group, so we didn't have to hunt for a table in the morning. We needed a couple of clothes ironed, and they did that while I waited, since there were no irons in the room or available to borrow. They even served honey straight from the honeycomb. The only thing I wished for at breakfast was cooked eggs, like scrambled or fried. They only had boiled eggs. The hotel is very nice and clean, and was only two years old. There's a lovely playroom for kids, with swings and slides outside too. I'm thinking about coming back in winter for a ski holiday, as there's a ski resort there as well. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience here. It's a boutique hotel with 25 rooms, and the balcony has a wonderful view of Nature. The hotel staff were very helpful and cooperative.

This was our second stay, and we’ll probably be back next year. The rooms are roomy, everything is very clean, and even the cleaning staff are helpful. You can ski right to the ski depot, and there’s a discount if you need to rent equipment. Elizabeth, if I’m remembering her name correctly, is often at reception and is always kind and helpful.
