The €70 cleaning charge felt hard to justify. During our stay, the bins were changed once, but the towels and bedding were never replaced. We also tried several times to contact the hosts before arriving by email and phone, without getting a reply. When we did see Katharina and Philipp, they didn't ask whether we needed anything or offer suggestions for things to do nearby. We had expected much better, based on a stay at a farmhouse in Schwartzwald about ten years ago. It's hard to understand why the couple gave themselves four stars. We'd give them barely two, and this left us disappointed with our time in Tirol.

Coming back for a second year says it all for us. See you next year! We stayed as five people across two apartments, and both were clean, comfortable, and well kept. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The hosts are warm, hardworking, and genuinely attentive, always ready to help and think things through with you. It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere and location. We'd happily recommend it to anyone who values friendly hospitality and quality.

The location was fantastic, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We spent three nights at the Amadeus Apartment and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We'll definitely return!

Restaurants were easy to reach on foot, while the area around the aparthotel stayed peaceful. Both the Ehrwald and Lermoos slopes were about ten minutes away by car or ski bus, which made the location ideal. We stayed in the Elsa suite, which felt modern and quite new, and everything was spotless. We had a lovely time here.
