That peaceful atmosphere is a big part of why I keep choosing Haus Edith. I’ve stayed during the first week of July for several years, and it’s always been a really pleasant visit. The family who runs it is kind and welcoming, and breakfast is generous and good. I’m planning to return again this year.

Breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of variety, with special requests best mentioned ahead of time. When anything was running low, it was refilled right away, and coffee was available without limit. The room was clean and comfortable, and we slept very well. Towels were changed each day when we asked. We were welcomed warmly and asked about our journey, then after two nights they sent us off kindly and wished us a safe trip home. One small surprise: they even fold your nightclothes and tuck them under your pillow. The owner's wife has a lovely motto, something like doing things the way you'd want them done. We were so happy with our stay that we plan to stop twice next year, once on the way to Lake Garda and once on the way back.

The price was very good for what you get, and everything was spotlessly clean. It's a quiet guesthouse but still near the town center. The landlady was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was generous.
