There’s a bus stop just a few metres away, and the free bus service included with the room booking makes it easy to get around beautiful Ehrwald. Roland’s guesthouse is warm and comfortable, and the spacious apartments are clean and nicely equipped for cooking. We loved it, and it’s kid friendly too.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and we’d certainly stay again if we’re in the area. Our room was clean and quiet, with a balcony looking out over the mountains. We had some great hiking days nearby, seeing beautiful mountain lakes and breathtaking views from the peaks. A wonderful place to stay in Ehrwald, Austria. 👍

A lovely little find in a quiet part of the village, with plenty of parking and great balcony views. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a short 10-minute walk to the town centre and about a 1-mile walk uphill to the Almbahn Telepherique.

Mr. Donner is responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed seeing Amy the cat, even if she didn’t seem too keen on us. Sorry, Amy, we’ll bring you a treat next year! This was our second trip to Ehrwald, and we chose to stay here again. It was sparkling clean, with a balcony offering wonderful views and a great location. There’s breakfast, though we didn’t try it. The communication was great too. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The fresh, generous breakfast was lovely, and the balcony and garden views of the Zugspitze make you want to live here. The location is practical and close to the center. Mr Donner is extremely kind and helpful. It may be the cleanest and most comfortable guesthouse I’ve stayed in. Definitely recommended!
