The two owners were very friendly and accommodating, and we had a pleasant stay in June 2025. The apartments are in a quiet spot that's still easy to get to, with lovely, comfortable furnishings. Everything is new and very clean. There's also perfect storage for bikes and skis.

The owners were friendly, though not especially warm. We stayed 14 days and noticed most people left again after just a few days. Ehrwald is beautiful, but there aren't many restaurants, while plenty of cable cars are close by. The bus stops right outside. The apartment has a completely new, very nice interior and a good bread delivery service. We still had a lovely view of Sonnenspitze, though the larger complex opposite, "Zugspitz Residence", blocks a lot of the view. The beds were very hard, which was a big letdown in an apartment that had been completely renovated.

We had a very relaxing stay in super-clean, lovely apartments, and would gladly return. There's a small but nice wellness area, and the breakfast basket and morning bread roll service were welcome extras. The location is excellent, right by the ski bus stop, with direct access to the ski cellar.
