The rooms themselves were great, but the service ruined the hotel for me. I left a €200 earring in the room and called 45 minutes after leaving to report it. When I went back that evening, they said the cleaners hadn’t found anything and they couldn’t help unless it was in the room. I know I left it there. It felt like the cleaners had just made some extra money. The next morning at 7, I came downstairs for a room card because I’d forgotten something again. I’d come from upstairs, but the same two women working the previous morning asked whether I was even staying there.

Jean did a great job looking after us, his service was excellent. The restaurant looks amazing, and the food was good, with Austrian and French dishes.
