Central Filzmoos

We loved our time in Filzmoos so much that after booking three days at Central Filzmoos as part of a week’s holiday, we were lucky to find the apartment available for the remaining four days too. It was clean, comfortable, and peacefully quiet, with amazing views. The two bedrooms were quite big and had comfortable beds. There were two separate, fairly large showers, and a small kitchen that I loved, with everything I needed for self-catering, including a toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Jacqui and Ralf were fantastic owners. They stayed in touch, gave us directions, and even suggested where to park, with free parking. The surrounding mountains were magnificent, a supermarket was only five minutes away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The tourist information office downstairs was helpful with every question we asked. The Fidibus stops right opposite Central Filzmoos. There are lots of beautiful places nearby, including Hallstatt and Krimml waterfall. It’s such a beautiful place to stay, with lots to do. I TOTALLY recommend it and give it a full 5 stars! Thank you, Jacqui, for making our holiday magnificently marvelous, one to truly remember!

We’d love to come back someday. The apartment was spotless, lovely, and had everything well equipped. Jacqui was kind and really helpful throughout. In summer, the Filzmoos summer card gives discounts or free activities, including e-bike rentals. Definitely recommend.

We’d happily stay again. The apartment had plenty of space, was clean, and had everything we needed. It’s right in the center, and the bus to places such as the Oberalm stops just outside. The landlady was friendly and helpful. Everything worked out perfectly.

There’s a roomy ski storage area, and the supermarket and bakery are an easy walk away. The house is modern and well kept, in a good spot. Highly recommend.
