We had plenty of room for all five of us, two adults and three children, in this cozy, stylish, lovingly furnished apartment. Everything was clean and tidy, from the modern bathroom to the well-equipped open kitchen in the living room. The location is great, with cross-country ski trails and hiking paths right outside. The free ski and hiking bus stop is a two-minute walk away and takes you quickly and reliably to the slopes and ski schools in Filzmoos. Rosi and her family were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We'd love to come back. Thanks so much!

We spent two fantastic weeks here, and Rosi was a wonderful host. The balcony view was beautiful, and the apartment was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. There are plenty of hiking options nearby. Highly recommended! 👍😊

The ski and hiking bus to Filzmoos stops less than 100 meters away, and many hiking and biking routes start nearby. The landlords were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Inside, the spacious apartment is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and well equipped. The kitchen is first-class, and there's a large wraparound balcony with a spot for breakfast. We'd definitely return. :)

Rosi and little Michael made the apartment feel welcoming and family-like. It has been renovated with care and is very well equipped. We'd be happy to come back.
