Apart EMMA

We'd love to stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hosts were very friendly and made our visit even nicer. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped; we lacked nothing. Its location is superb: the valley station is a three-minute walk away, and the ski bus stops right outside the door.

The location and apartment were very good, and everything was clean. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the landlady. We were two couples and booked through Booking.com expecting two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our friend made the same booking and got confirmation, as shown in the attached photo, but our apartment had only one bathroom, accessible through one of the bedrooms. We had to find and book another apartment at short notice for three nights. When we complained, the landlady showed no understanding and personally insulted us, calling us "a real-life example of German stereotypes." I found her behavior highly unprofessional and tasteless. It's a real shame she's resting on her laurels.

The upstairs terrace was absolutely lovely, just right for unwinding at the end of the day. We felt very comfortable, and they even left a small welcome gift suited to our young grandson.
