The apartments were spacious and clean, the location very good, and the staff friendly. Just a couple of small things: the indoor pool felt a bit cold, and sauna hours were quite limited, from 16-19. It would’ve been nice to use it earlier in the day or in the evening.

A great place for a family holiday with children. Highly recommended.

We’ve just returned from our yearly ski holiday and, once again, loved it. We’ve booked the same apartment for years and travel with four children, now aged 6-12. The apartment is practically furnished, and the balance between comfort and environmental awareness and sustainability is something we appreciate every year. The price feels absolutely fair. I really don’t understand the review I saw above, especially with my own experience of skiing at an all-inclusive luxury resort. For us, the connection between the apartment and hotel works perfectly. We can look after ourselves, but don’t have to. The pool is usually quiet until about 5:00 pm. We were often the only ones there, and regularly among the first to arrive around 3:45 pm. The family-run service is discreet, quick, and helpful whenever we have a question. The location is ideal for dropping the kids at ski school in Bertaland: it’s a short, steep walk of about 7 minutes, with no need to go via the ski lift. One tip: you can rent ski lockers in the children’s area, which makes the climb much easier. We’d love to come back next year!

The location is great and the hotel itself is lovely, but the service and quality don't justify the very high price. The pool is nice, though often crowded since two buildings share it. Getting bread rolls means going to a room in another building to collect them, which doesn't feel like service. Our apartment also felt dated and sparsely furnished, with worn furniture and no bathroom storage or even a stool. There were no tissues, the shower hose leaked, and sauna towels and bathrobes weren't provided. In principle, things are okay, but at this price I expected a lot more.
