The food was genuinely delicious, and much better than I expected. The shuttle was convenient both in the morning and evening, though the ski depot felt short on space. It was manageable. The rest of the stay was mixed. Our room was meant to be a loft with two double beds, but both bedrooms were upstairs and had no windows at all. We needed to run a fan each night to keep from overheating. Dinner was frustrating: we were seated in a separate room that didn't feel like part of the hotel, and the menu we got wasn't the one we were supposed to have. All the menus were in German, and nobody spoke English fluently. Staff seemed disorganized and didn't communicate, and we were left waiting with empty, dirty plates for someone to clear them. For me, it was a one-time experience. The good food and shuttle weren't enough to make me choose this hotel again, and I hope to find somewhere better next year.

The facilities were lovely, especially the clean, well-kept pool and sauna. The staff impressed us even more. Evelyn managed things very well, Vera at reception was always smiling and happy to help, and Jordi kept us laughing while looking after my picky son. The bar service was very pleasant, too. We'd recommend it to everyone.

The food, rooms, and spa were all outstanding, and the team made the whole wellness weekend feel like the real thing. Everyone was so professional and friendly, on a level we hadn't experienced before. Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Vici & Judit. Best wishes, Diego & Sheila.

The area around the hotel is outstanding, and the hotel itself is stylish with really helpful, friendly staff. The food was delicious, too.
