The balcony view was a big bonus, but what stood out most was the staff. The food was amazing and everyone made us feel so welcome, it was hard not to feel at home. Thank you all!

The noise from the night club beneath the hotel made it impossible to sleep. It stays open until 3.30 am every day. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! All the 5 star reviews must be fake.

We were impressed by the service at Hotel Elfriede. The team knew the region well and gave us lots of useful tips for things to do in Fiss. They also handled the ski lesson booking very efficiently, which helped make our vacation perfect. We highly recommend Hotel Elfriede!
