The room had been renovated very recently and was spacious, with a large balcony and a nice view. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the service was good. Breakfast offered a nice variety and seemed good quality overall, though the staff didn’t seem very attentive. There was no “good morning,” and nobody checked whether I’d even booked breakfast. You can park at the front of the hotel or below it in the gravel parking area. Even a sports car can get down there.

We had a great summer stay in the mountains of Fiss-Ladis-Serfous. The hotel key also lets you use the lift in summer, which was really nice! Rooms are tidy and modern, with good showers, and the hotel is clean and friendly. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was good, and there’s good parking and a supermarket around the corner. The lifts are a 5-minute walk away, with small restaurants close by too. Book directly instead of through booking. I think it will save you money.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and we had lovely views from the balcony. There’s a good place to store mountain bikes. Staff were very friendly and kind, and breakfast was good, especially the eggs and bacon!

A beautiful hotel close to the cable railways and Bikepark Serfaus Fiss Ladis. The room was clean, modern and luxurious.

The breakfast and the view were both good, and the hotel was good too. The bathroom didn't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, and the refrigerator wasn't stocked with refreshments.
