Nagalu made this one of my best ski holidays, with lots of thoughtful touches. My room was in great shape, very clean and well maintained, and had an amazing view. The SPA was magnificent, and the staff were professional and on top of every detail. Highly recommend. 5⭐️+

My wife, son and I bought a day pass for the pool. It was modern, clean and luxurious, and they provided towels and bathrobes. We were even offered coffee and cake. A great experience!

The pool and wellness area are genuinely world class. The place must have cost millions to build, and the stainless steel pool felt like real luxury. Everything was so clean you could eat off the floor, if you wanted to. The food was great too, and I had the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The garage is huge, the staff are lovely, and they shared stories and made me feel at home. I've stayed at very nice hotels around the world, and this may be the nicest. My only complaint is that I had to leave.

The afternoon cake and the free tea and coffee available around the clock were such welcome extras. We even used milk from the machine to fill a bottle for our son. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and each morning we could choose whether to have dinner, with typical Tiroler dishes as well as international and vegetarian options. Our room worked perfectly for our family of three, with a separate little sleeping area for us parents, very comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. The wellness area was striking, with modern facilities, several types of saunas and a lovely relaxation room with comfortable beds. There are indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of space, plus comfortable daybeds inside and outside. It's a modern hotel with a warm, cozy feel and facilities for both summer and winter. One of the best places I've stayed in SFL. 💯 recommend.

The heated pool has both indoor and outdoor swimming, and the hotel is close to the rentals and slopes. The ski room is heated, which really helps when putting on boots. Customer service was very good. There are no tea or coffee machines or water in the rooms, but the reception offers unlimited free tea and water. The reception minibar seemed overpriced to me, for example, a Coke was 3.90 euro. All in all, it's a wonderful hotel, and I'd encourage anyone interested in going there to stay.
